Island Medical Care (IMC) is an independent Internal Medicine practice dedicated to providing thoughtful, patient-centered care for adults across Long Island.

Led by a Board-Certified Internal Medicine physician, IMC offers comprehensive medical care that spans preventive health, chronic disease management, and complex care coordination. Our practice was intentionally built outside of large healthcare systems so that medical decisions remain personal—guided by clinical judgment, experience, and the individual needs of each patient.
