We are now bringing you a first of its kind, innovative healthcare concept in Long Island, New York. ECM is Essential Contact Medicine, a full service for your complete primary healthcare check up. It includes automated check in to our facility, automated vitals check up, video conference consultation with a board certified physician. Competent healthcare staff and physicians available for essential contact check ups. Hassle free, in a HEPA filter compliant facility, where the air is changed 12 times an hour, to ensure your maximum protection from viruses and providing you a complete check up without coming into contact with other patients or the staff. Limited occupancy, clean spacious interiors, expansive parking. We got it all for you at Island Medical Care, Long Island.

Dr. Mohammed R. Azaz
Dr. Mohammed R. Azaz MBBS, MD is a Board Certified Internal Medicine doctor who graduated from the Deccan College of Medical Sciences in India. There he obtained the IDB Scholarship for his exceptional academic achievements. He completed his residency training at the Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center in New York where he graduated in 2001.
Since graduation he has been practicing traditional Internal Medicine in the out patient setting as well as continuing his patients’ care in the hospital and following them up at the nursing home. Dr. Azaz is affiliated with St. Catherine of Siena Hospital in Smithtown and on staff at St. James Nursing Home.
Dr. Azaz’s clinical area of interest is in taking care of and coordinating care of adult patients with a wide range of medical needs. He, and his exceptionally pleasant and caring staff continually strive to provide comfortable, prudent and timely care to all of his patients.
